It’s fairly common knowledge that, by 1 April 2013, telcos will have to lodge a ‘Compliance Attestation’ with the new authority Communications Compliance. What’s less well known is that it will have to be accompanied by a ‘Customer Information Compliance Statement’.
What’s that mean? It’s defined as:
A Supplier’s annual statement which specifies where Customers can access the Supplier’s information which is required to be made publically available under this Code.
The information referred to is sprinkled throughout the TCP Code, so Cooper Mills has released a consolidated checklist that will help you to comply with the requirements – they are mostly in force already – and confidently complete your ‘Customer Information Compliance Statement’.
