Every TCP Code customer is entitled to appoint a representative to deal with their telco. It might be a company that wants a particular staff member to control their account, or an elderly customer who wants their daughter or son to manage issues on their behalf.
The Code requires you to offer a clear process for appointing a representative, that balances accessibility and simplicity on the one hand with security and privacy on the other.
Cooper Mills has released a template appointment form with detailed Guidance Notes to help you adapt it to your business. Just $49 +GST in the Compliance Shop or read how members can get it free.
It's easy! Just log in as a member and return to this post to download the template and notes for free.
