Communications Alliance has released a very welcome Guidance Note about the TCP Code’s unit pricing rules. It’s available for download, for Comms Alliance members only, at the industry association’s website.
The Guidelines tackle several of the muddy issues raised by the drafting of the Code, and they do so without engaging in detailed legal analysis. Sensibly, they address the spirit of the Code and offer practical suggestions. It’s just a pity that the document isn’t available to the industry generally, and the public.
